U.S. News & World Report ranks Staples #5 best high schools in Connecticut

This week, U.S. News & World Report released their 2022 Best High Schools ranking.

Staples High School was among the top 10, coming in at #5. The report reads, "Staples High School is ranked fifth within Connecticut. Students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement® coursework and exams. The AP® participation rate at Staples High School is 67%."

Schools are ranked on their performance on state-required tests, graduation and how well they prepare students for college.
