Former Bartolo restaurant space to be converted into 8 studio apartments

Ridgefield Apartments has received approval for the conversion of the former Bartolo Restaurant space at 103 Danbury Road into 8 studio apartments. The space is the full lower level, on grade, with parking for 16 cars.

An enhanced landscaping plan was prepared by Didona Associates. The apartments are all ADA-accessible. Prices will be in the $1,100 to $1,500 range per month.

The concept for the conversion arose from the many inquiries Ridgefield Apartments has received from local residents and employers looking for affordable housing options. This conversion helps us provide apartments that meet the budget, needs and lifestyle of people entering the job market, retiring or the newly alone; apartments not currently available in Ridgefield.

The location is convenient to the many employment opportunities and the retail amenities found in the Copps Hill business district. Each studio will have their own washer/dryer and individual heat and air conditioning. Additional information will be posted on the Ridgefield Apartments website => https://www.ridgefieldapartments.com/
