Wegmans Food Markets announced today the grand opening dates for its 2025 stores including Wegmans’ first Connecticut location in Norwalk on Wednesday, July 23. All stores will open at 9 a.m.
As grand opening preparations are underway, Wegmans’ new stores have hundreds of open positions to fill.
Hiring for the Norwalk store is ongoing, with part- and full-time roles available throughout the store, ranging from customer service positions in merchandising, service, culinary, and perishable departments, to entry-level management roles.
“We’re looking for enthusiastic candidates to round out our team before opening day,” said Norwalk Store Manager Emily Gee. “We’re excited to begin the countdown to July 23 when we can welcome the Norwalk community through our doors.”
