Free App of the Month: Break a Bad Habit or Create a Positive Routine with HabitBull

While my daughter was attending Tae Kwon Do classes, her instructor would give motivational minutes to help students reach their goals. One concept was that it only takes 30 days to break a bad habit or create a good one.

HabitBull is an app to help keep track of your goals. It even integrates with Google Fit. But it is more than just an exercise or healthy habit tracker. You can customize it to fit your personal goals.

One of my favorite feature is that the information is stored in the "cloud" so if something happens to your phone or if you upgrade, you won't loose your progress or your data!
