When we first moved to New Canaan, one of the first places we visited with my son was Swirl. He is now their biggest fan, taking all our visitors up there for delicious, refreshing (and saintly) froyo. It got to the stage where the owner, Sonny Yi, kindly gave Charlie a loyalty card and I purchased a Swirl T-shirt for him to wear constantly! So it made sense for me to write about Swirl and also announce a competition for New Canaan residents to vote in a NEW FLAVOR for March 2014.

I'm going to get the ball rolling straight away with my choice, which is a Greek Black Cherry flavor.
