Chef / Owner - Brian Lewis talks to the New Canaan HamletHub about Elm's signature cocktail and the happiest hour: "The 73 is named after our address and uses locally inspired produce, for this ever changing localvore cocktail! The current ingredients consist of: Citrus Infused Vodka; Cara Cara Orange; and Spiced Buddha's Hand (distinctive fruit from the citron family). Our happiest hour, is a real block party style event and tonight we will also be offering guests complementary fried Kusshi Oysters".

On March 20th 2014, Elm Restaurant will be celebrating a third year anniversary in New Canaan. The date also happens to coincide with the first day of Spring so expect much better weather, exciting new menu items, Spring inspired cocktails and lots of fun and celebrations.
For now run along to Elm Restaurant Happy Hour, every Thursday between 5.00pm - 8.00pm - but it typically goes on much longer....time always flies when you are having fun!
