Today as part of the New Canaan Sidewalk Sale - we had a sneak preview of South End's little sister Southend Uncorked and what a space! Owner / Chef Nick Martschenko and Manager, Michelle Cooper have painstakingly transformed the interior (formerly Picador) into a relaxed, modern bar where you can pull up a bar stool, enjoy a glass of beer, wine or cocktail and watch the world pass by.
Southend Uncorked is described as 'a modern speakeasy with a casual neighborhood vibe.' From what I saw today it's going to be effortlessly popular.
The official launch date is Tuesday, July 28th.
