Three questions with Scott Wiseman, General Manager of The Lazy Lobster.

How many people do you employ? Any locals or seniors?

The Lazy Lobster has been hiring the youth of our community since our inception. Our team members generally start as freshman in high school and stay with us throughout their college years. We demand that they maintain a 3.0 GPA to stay with us. In 15 years we have never had to let anyone go for dropping below our standards. Multiple parents have thanked us for helping their child develop a strong work ethic and the discipline to succeed in their life choices!
