Soros is the founder of Soros Fund Management LLC. According to the Forbes profile, Soros Fund Management LLC is a hedge fund, created by Soros, who at 85 years of age is ranked as the #2 Hedge Fund Manager in the United States. Soros Fund Management LLC as described on their website is is one of the largest hedge funds in the world.
Soros Fund Management's main series of hedge funds are called the Quantum Group of Funds. The firm invests in a variety of vehicles, including public equities and debt, foreign exchange, currencies and commodities, and private equity and venture capital opportunities. Soros Fund Management was founded in 1969 by billionaire investing guru (and author) George Soros.
Soros received his degree from the incredibly prestigious London School of Economics, where he attained his Bachelor of Arts/ Science.
