
Bridgeport, CT -- For the Bridgeport Regional Aquaculture Science & Technology Education Center's “Third Annual Chef Event,” set for Monday evening, June 8th, students will be assisting Executive Chef Christopher Molyneux of Parallel Post Restaurant in Trumbull in the preparation of clams the school has harvested and school-raised tilapia, barramundi and seaweeds.
The event will be held in the school's seafood science classroom, which is transformed into a restaurant for those invited to taste all of the seafood selections. Attendees include the school’s business and community partners, members of the school’s Advisory Council, faculty and staff and the families of students who will be working with Chef Molyneux.
