A local Connecticut classic rock band are seeking a singer / frontman to complete their band and start playing gigs all over Connecticut. A good voice is of course, essential but equally important is attitude, stage presence and being a great frontman.
Think Jagger, Roth, Tyler, Mercury* - the band are looking for a frontman who can really engage an audience and get them on their feet and having a good time.
The group - a bunch of dads in their 40's to early 50's play classic rock covers from the 60's up to the present day. Between them they have many years of experience playing everything from The Who to AC/DC, Van Halen to David Bowie, T-Rex to The Rolling Stones, Guns n' Roses to ZZ Top. They get together to rehearse a couple of times a week, and it is a lot of fun, but they are ready to get back out there playing some shows.
Previous experience of playing in a band is preferred, but if you have a hidden talent - singing in the shower, or rocking out in front of the mirror and think you have what it takes, the band would love to hear from you. If you have any video or audio recordings of you singing, even better.
