‘Tweens and Teens will be able to creatively express themselves after joining Muse Squad’s writing program at WorkspaceCT at 16 Trowbridge Drive in Bethel, CT. Muse Squad’s Founder, Brittney Richardson says, “We’re really excited about launching our new Bethel Chapter! In “Wonderland” kids can get inspired with Alice, read excerpts from a classic and journey down the rabbit hole. Then write like they’ve never written before.”
"Wonderland," a 10-week creative writing course, is designed for young aspiring writers. It concludes with a Final Reading and reception open to family and friends. The program that is available for kids between the ages of 12-14 takes place on Tuesdays, February 27 - May 7 from 4:30-6 p.m. and for Teens 15+ on Thursdays, February 29 - May 23 from 4:30-6 p.m. Young creative writers are invited to join in to take part in the magic of words and art come to life.
Participants are encouraged to bring a notebook and pen or laptop for writing exercises. Additionally, attendees are welcome to pack a snack to enjoy during the class. Click this link to register: https://www.workspacect.org/events

The course will be led by the Sarah Lawrence graduate and founder of Muse Squad, Brittney Richardson. Participants will have the opportunity to explore Lewis Carroll’s 1865 novel Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Each student will craft captivating characters and stories which they will then have the chance to share aloud with the group.
