AARP Foundation Tax Aide

Wednesdays,

February 5-April 9

Bethel Library is pleased to announce that AARP Foundation Tax-Aide will be returning this year to prepare tax returns, in person, for anyone, free of charge. However, we would like to emphasize that AARP Tax-Aide focuses on taxpayers who are over 50 and have low to moderate income.

Click Here to find Tax-Aide and VITA services for taxpayers outside of the Bethel area, or call 800-906-9887 for VITA or 888-227-7669 for AARP Tax-Aide. Please note that VITA does have limits on income whereas AARP Tax-Aide does not.

Appointments for a specific time slot are required and can be made by registering below, calling 203-794-8756, ext. 3, or by coming to the Reference Desk on the second floor. After you making your appointment, stop at the Circulation Desk to pick up a tax packet that you will need to complete before the day of your appointment and bring with you to your appointment.
