Ridgefield Little League Night with the New Britain Rock Cats

The season is almost over. The upper divisions are heading into playoffs and we have a new Ridgefield Little League event coming up soon! In what we hope to become an ongoing tradition, on Friday, June 24th at 6:35 pm, the New Britain Rock Cats are sponsoring "RLL Family Night" at New Britain Stadium, a short (but entertaining) 50 minute drive from Ridgefield.
The Rock Cats, the Minnesota Twins AA affiliate will play the Trenton Thunder, the New York Yankees AA affiliate. Come celebrate your accomplishments in a fun-filled "end-of-the-year" celebration. All RLL players will take the field with the Rock Cats, a lucky RLL player will throw out the first pitch, and there will be a post-game fireworks display! With reasonable priced tickets, it's a great way for your little leaguer to "get on the field" with the professional players and see the future stars of tomorrow up close and personal, particularly because the Trenton Thunder are the Yankees AA affiliate.
