We meet monthly at Town Hall. There is currently one position open.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing and Special Town Meeting will be held on April 25, 2012, 7:30 PM, Town Hall Large Conference Room, 400 Main Street, Ridgefield, Connecticut to consider and act on the following changes in Ridgefield Code under Chapter 43 Elections. Underline & bold represents addition to existing language; brackets [ ] indicate deletion.
Chapter 43. Elections.
43-2. Polling districts established.
Amended 4-30-1975; 7-28-1996; 6-22-2000. There are hereby established and/or confirmed for [the Town of Ridgefield three] elections and primaries involving State and/or Federal offices, four polling districts [hereby] designated as Polling District No. 1, Polling District No. 2, [and] Polling District No. 3, and Polling District No. 4.
For the Town of Ridgefield Municipal Elections there are hereby established and/or confirmed three polling districts designated as Polling District No. 1, Polling District No. 2, and Polling District No. 3.
Registered voters shall vote in the district in which they reside. The boundaries of said districts shall be delineated and defined on a map on file with the Town Clerk. [Persons who are qualified to vote solely on the basis of property ownership shall vote in District No. 1.] The Registrar of Voters pursuant to law will identify specific polling places.
