Downtown Ridgefield is pleased to announce that this year’s 12th Annual Holiday Stroll will be on Friday, December 2nd from 6 pm to 10 pm and will continue on Saturday, December 3rd from 12 Noon to 7 pm. PLEASE NOTE: the new hours on Saturday give participants more time to enjoy the wonderful shops and beautiful holiday lights of Downtown Ridgefield.

Discover the beauty and splendor of Downtown Ridgefield while strolling the streets listening to roving carolers or riding though the illuminated Downtown in a horse-drawn carriage. In addition to the music and carriage rides, some traditional Stroll favorites are back including ice sculpting by the world-famous Bill Covitz, photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and children’s performances at the Ridgefield Library, along with in-store raffles, holiday promotions and refreshments offered at the many local businesses and organizations.

New to the Stroll this year will be children’s activities at the Ridgefield Boys and Girls Club including a drop off movie and pizza night for children in 2nd grade and older and a Gingerbread Festival for all ages. Also new, following the Holiday Stroll is a Youth Concert presented by Ridgefield Music and Arts Center (RMAC). Driven, the rock cover/party band, will be live in concert for Ridgefield’s youth, along with door prizes, gift bags and food and beverages donated by local Downtown Ridgefield merchants.
