No. 109 Cheese and Wine is starting the New Year with the wine pairing class ~ 'Pinot Noirs and the cheeses who love them!" ~ on Friday, February 10th, at 7pm. This class is an exploration of Pinot Noirs from around the world.
Monica Brown, the wine and cheese connoisseur behind the shop, has paired some amazing Pinots with cheeses so beautifully match with them that it will make you just smile with internal culinary happiness. The class will start with some small bites and a Pinot Noir sparkler. Then attendees will compare 5 great wines with five perfectly ripe cheeses.
