Cheese and Wine from Italy Pairing Class

On Saturday, October 22nd at 7 pm at No. 109 Cheese and Wine Market, join Monica, the owner, and their Italian Sommelier, Tyler Savage, for a great evening of Italian wine, cheese and how to pair them together.

The evening will start with San Venanzio Fortunato Brut Prosecco Superiore DOCG and a few small bites, balsamic onion and Italian cheese crostini, Margarita flat bread pizza, and risotto balls with truffle fontina.

The guest will then sit down to explore the mystery of Italian wine and cheese.

The class is $55 per person, and will last 2 hours.
