On Friday, June 24th from 5 pm to 7 pm Carvel Ice Cream, 113 Danbury Rd, will be hosting an inaugural "Celebrity Scooper Fundraiser" event to benefit SPHERE. First Selectman Rudy Marconi has designed the flavor of the night ~ vanilla ice cream mixed with a chocolate bonnet and some flare and 100% of the proceeds will benefit SPHERE (or 25% of all sales for the evening sales will be donated to SPHERE).
SPHERE is an organization in Ridgefield which helps improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.
