An Italian tradition as old as Christmas itself, and Cello is interpreting this feast!
Their Eight Course Meal consists of:
Clams Casino ~ panchetta, smoked tequila sorbet
Baccula Croquette ~ pepper sauce, asparagus
Smoked Salmon Salad ~ pickled grapes, arugula
Lobster Bolognese Parpardelle ~ panchetta, squid ink
Stuffed Calamari ~ risotto, saffron mussel broth
Seared Tuna ~ spinach puree, quinoa
Roasted Halibut ~ broccoli fennel, potato confit
