Cello (formerly Plate) and No. 109 Cheese and Wine Market are pairing up for an East Meets West Wine and Sake Dinner on Wednesday, October 5th at 7 pm at Cello! Perhaps the first of its kind... at least, in Ridgefield!
Cello chefs Paul and Ai Desiano will be creating an eye-opening experience where two cuisines, Japanese and Italian, will collide into one dinner. Each course will be paired with Sake from the West and Reds from the East. You can decide which is the perfect match.
