The Ridgefield Farmers' Market is hosting a special event on Friday, July 22nd during the Market hours, 2 pm to 6 pm. Until 4 pm, Chef Jehan de Noue of Albano Appliance in Pound Ridge, New York will be cooking easy summer recipes... with mystery ingredients from the Market. So come to Green Space, at 27 Governor Street near the Boys and Girls Club of Ridgefield, for inspiration, to taste some delicious fresh dishes, or get some weekend products ~ you won't be disappointed!
Chef Jean, with over 35 years in the restaurant industry, managing three star restaurants and former-owner of Chez Noüe in Ridgefield, manages the Manufacturer’s Continuing Education Program, the cooking class & fund raising dinner events for local charities held in Albano Appliance’s five live kitchens.
