Run for Life at Barlow Mountain Elementary School... a Huge Success Thanks to Shirley Hughes

Every morning last week, the field at Barlow Mountain Elementary School was filled with students, parents and siblings walking, jogging and running in their annual Run for Life event. Even a few teachers could be found getting some exercise before the start of the school day.
Before the start of school, Physical Education Teacher Shirley Hughes was putting out cones, setting up sign-in stations and getting the field ready for this fun event highlighting the importance of exercise in everyday life. And from the looks of the crowds, it was a success!
