The First Congregational Church of Ridgefield (FCC) will be holding their ANNUAL CHRISTMAS CONCERT on Friday, December 16th at 8 pm as part of the Fountain Music Series. The FCC Concert Choir, FCC's Celebration Ringers, Soloists, and a large brass/percussion ensemble, perform Daniel Pinkham's CHRISTMAS CANTATA, and other stirring Christmas favorites in this ever-popular concert.
From First Congregational Church: For many centuries, the Church has been the center of art and culture. It is the mission of First Congregational Church’s Fountain Music Series to preserve this tradition, and bring to the community the finest of music and performance, pursuing the motto “Excellence in all things, and all things to God’s glory.” Our concerts are designed to edify and enrich all listeners, and to effect a greater awareness of God’s love through His gift of music.
All Fountain Music Series events are free and open to the public. We are blessed to be able to continue a high caliber Series without the need for admission charge, as we graciously thank our valued FRIENDS OF THE CONCERT SERIES for their most generous and willing support. We invite you to join the ranks of our FRIENDS for 2011-2012, thereby demonstrating your support of quality Christian music and arts throughout Ridgefield and the surrounding artistic community.
