Newtown Nighthawks Night with the Danbury Whalers is This Saturday

This Saturday, January 7th at 7:35 pm, the Danbury Whalers are home to take on the Delaware Federals. It’s Newtown Nighthawks Night where a portion of the ticket sales go to the benefit of the Newtown High School Hockey Program.
The night will focus on the needs of the Newtown High School Ice Hockey program and the growing challenge the group faces in meeting their budget each season.
The program for the night includes the Newtown Ice Hockey Booster Club providing fans with in seat food service and a Danbury Whalers experience auction.
The culmination of the night will be the auction of the official Danbury Whalers blue jerseys complete with the special edition Newtown Nighthawks patch on the chest, 100% of the proceeds go directly to the Newtown Nighthawks
It is also a Scott Ridge Middle School fundraising night as well. Scott Ridge Middle School is part of the Ridgefield school system.
