STEW LEONARD'S DANBURY STORE CELEBRATES THE HOLIDAYS WITH FREE FAMILY FRIENDLY ACTIVITIES

Stew Leonard's has something for everyone this holiday season ~ kids decorating classes, holiday movies, and visits from Santa ring in the season at the Danbury Store's Elf Workshop.  The entire community is welcome! 

WHAT:

Stew Leonard's in Danbury is ringing in the holiday season with a slate of ten complimentary family-friendly Elf Workshop Activities!

Thursday, Dec. 8, starting at 4:30 p.m.: Children will learn how to dip pretzels in chocolate and will make enough to share with their family.

Friday, Dec. 9, at 5:00 p.m.: Family Movie Night! Join us for a special showing of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer & Frosty the Snowman. Complimentary milk and cookies will be served. Seating opens at 4:30 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 10, starting at 11:00 a.m.: Children will decorate their very own gingerbread house.

Sunday, Dec. 11, starting at 11:00 a.m.: Children will make a present for their parents! But sssshhh...it's a surprise!

Monday, Dec. 12, starting at 11:00 a.m.: Children will join Santa Claus in a sing-along and play games with his elves.

Tuesday, Dec. 13, starting at 4:30 p.m.: Children will decorate their very own wooden ornament to take home and hang on their Christmas tree.

Wednesday, Dec. 14, starting at 4:30 p.m.: Children will make and decorate a reindeer puppet.

Thursday, Dec. 15, starting at 4:30 p.m.: Children will enjoy decorating their very own holiday cupcakes.

Friday, Dec. 16, at 5:00 p.m.: Family Movie Night! Join us for a special showing of the cartoon versions of How the Grinch Stole Christmas and Santa Claus is Coming to Town. Complimentary milk and cookies will be served. Seating opens at 4:30 p.m.
Customers must sign their children up for the Elf Workshop Activities in advance for free at the customer service desk. All events will be held in the Danbury store's conference room, located on the store's second floor. Parents will sign their children up in 15-minute increments and each activity will take about a half-hour. Children ages 4 - 10 are invited to participate.

Children who attend six Elf Workshop Activities will receive a special punch card to be punched at each activity. Parents who turn in a fully punched punch card will receive a complimentary key chain with a photo of their child visiting with Santa.
